Non Liquid Assets refer to possessions that cannot be transformed easily into cash.

- Their evaluation is done by considering the immediate and long term feasibility of conversion.
- These include investment type items whose value is in their use for producing end-products or a service.
examples of non liquid assets
nida, generally we are talking about an IRA account, a 401K account, a 403B account - these are the type of asset accounts that are difficult to liquidate. you may be able to do so, but you'll be penalized in most cases.

One more classification in this category could be those investments in big projects i.e. power plants, industrial equipments..etc.
