I live in North Carolina. My wife and I just got married. How would she change her name on the deed?
Hi,
If she want to change her name on property deed then she have to contact nearest country record office change her name to her current name after marriage. But its doesn't matters, property will be her on both names.
Thanks.

You and your wife can sign a new quit claim deed wherein your name and your wife's maiden name will be mentioned as the grantor of the property and your name and her married name will be mentioned as grantee. The deed should be then notarized and recorded at the county recorder's office.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
