the people waanting to buy my house have been through 3 lenders but have yet to get a loan we are in ohio and want to put the house back on the market so what options do we have ? can we break the contract?
Doesn't your contract have a specified date by which your buyers must notify you that they've been successful in obtaining a mortgage? If not, you're at their mercy, and that's not going to do you a bit of good.

I'd be careful about breaking the contract unless you have the proper clauses in the contract allowing you to do so for non-performance on the part of the buyer.

If you have an attorney you're working with, that's an excellent question to ask of him.
