How to expand into other markets as a mortgage company.

Posted on: 21st Jul, 2009 01:20 pm
For growing a mortgage company and expanding into other states who can help with this?
Contact jeff in Worthington, ohio. They helped me from square one. I needed licensing in multiple states and didn't know how to do it or what the compliance laws were. Being part of their network gives me better pricing which is a plus in this market.

Jess,

Does this Jeff guy assist with placing a branch such as myself with a company that has the appropriate infilstructure and support system or does he just handle the compliance and licensing aspect of things ?!

He will place you if you meet his criteria. The placement actually goes according to what you request. It's timely and awesome service. I never expected the professionalism and expertise that I received. His experience shows. The compliance and licensing side is addressed if that's what you need. His consulting or recruiting is all according to what you ask him to help you with. Call him 866-625-9024.

I'm looking to expand into VA. I already have a branch in MD and NJ. Will Flagship Advisors be able to help me get set up? I'm not familiar with VA's laws and whether or not they require a physical branch in that state!

Matthew, Flagship Advisors helped me set my branch up in Tennessee and I reside in Florida. With that being said, I'm sure that they are familiar with all the laws necessary in getting you set up appropriately and quickly in any state that you wish. For my particular situation, everything was pretty much done for me. It was so incredible and the service you get is unparalleled. I would definitely suggest you contacting them and seeing what they can do.

What's all this talk about Flagship Advisors?! I'm always looking for new resources in order to better myself and my branches. It sounds interesting. Is there a website I can go to before calling the number above?

Jeremy, There are actually two websites that they have available for you to check out. Go to flagshipadvisors.blogspot.com or flagshipadvisors.net! All I can say is I vouch for them and that you will be thoroughly impressed! Check it out and let me know what you think.

Wow. Ok, so I will say that I feel privileged to have had the opportunity to speak to Jeff at Flagship Advisors. That's not a feeling I feel too often. You typically don't get to speak directly to the owner of a company when you have a general question and I was able to speak with Jeff! His concern was genuine, but even better than that, his knowledge base is phenomenal. The support team that he has in place is able to assist in practically any area that you can possibly think of. I know that he will be a great choice in helping me set up this new branch in VA and I'm sure his company will be instrumental in helping me expand further! I would advise anyone looking to expand or grow their company to give them a call.

Hi Everyone,

I see a lot forums on this topic these days and im strongly suggesting this awesome service online where you can get the FACTS about lenders rather than only listening to what people are saying. VerifiedLenders.com lets you instantly find out who is and isn't a creditable lender and what their funding performance is like because they are the only one's that have the REAL information!

If this is such and important topic for all of you, which it should be since its how you make your money there should be no reason not to become a member of VerifiedLenders.com which will help you weed out the bad lenders and locate the best ones quicker but also support them since they are making the industry better. Since I became a member I found out most of the lenders I was dealing with were not funding loans for many months if not ever but now I have a found a whole new network of lenders that fund a lot more loans more often which helps my funding ratio!

Good Luck!
