First of all my name is josh and I'm going to be a first time home buyer back in November I went to my local bank just to see if I would get preapproved which I did with a credit score of 669 which should even be a little higher now. About me
Income gross monthly 2773
2 credit cards one paid off and the other is 100 but with 1300 balance so good on that.
Been working in the same field for 4 years
I'm in ohio and the loan I'm after is a fha or usda.
Funds available are 10 grand.
Also forgot to add had a truck loan 30thousand dollar loan that's almost payed off about 8 more payments left.
Haven't had any lates or badies or none of that everyone I've talked to says I should be ok unless I go for a shortsale then it could be a pain process
Does it seem like I've got everything lined up? Thanks for the advice and any help

With the credit scores and financial situation that you have mentioned, you may be able to get qualified or a FHA loan. I don't think you will face much problems in getting such a loan.
