I bought a property back in May of 1995, and they transfer the deed to my name and i have it in my position. now the bank is trying to claim position of the property since i can no longer afford the mortgage payment.
Is there a statue of limitation on claiming the property in the state of Ohio?

Hi ed,
If you have a mortgage on your property and if you're unable to pay the dues, then the lender has the rights to take away the property and sell it off to recover the payments. I don't think that a statute of limitation will be of any help in this regard.
Thanks
