my dad has passed away and me and my brother are on the warranty deed. at the time my last name on the deed is in my boyfriends last name. im married to someone else now and my last name is different. will this be a problem in selling the land. the land is in oklahoma

You will have to change your last name on the property deed before selling the property. You can contact a real estate attorney and he will help you in changing your last name on the property deed and sort out the matter.

Yes, if you call any local Real Estate attorney they can fix this problem for you, also I would contact County Records office and see what they have to say. But it isn't a big problem.
