In Oklahoma do we need legally separated wife need tom sign the closing

I am buying a property in Oklahoma. I am working on legal separation. The bank says for closing either I must be divorced or my wife needs to sign the mortgage. I don’t have time to complete my divorce. What options I have. How I can close my loan.
As far as I know, Oklahoma is not a community property state. In that case, it is not mandatory for the wife to sign the mortgage deed. You will have to contact and negotiate with your lender and you may even ask him to clarify the reason for the necessity of wife's signature.
