Who will finance a new manufactured home on land, with a perminent foundation in Or  egon
great credit and well paying job really a open shut deal! no other responses except a free consultation?
Great credit, great job, six acres no one wants to finance Me! must be the wrong web site?
Mo,
There MAY BE a lender who will do this. The first question they will ask is whether you own the property. The second question is whether this home is already built or if you are trying to finance the construction. You can complete a quote request here on this site and someone will respond to you.

Hi mo,
If the manufactured home is placed on a permanent foundation, it can qualify for a mobile home mortgage loan. But you have to have a free and clear title to both the home and the land. If you have a good job and and credit, you should not have a problem in getting the loan. What I suggest you is to go for a no obligation free mortgage quote with the community lenders. If you qualify for a loan according to their set eligibility requirements, they will get in touch with you and offer you a free mortgage quote. If you think they are offering a good deal, you may go for a loan with them. Otherwise, you can look for other local lenders.
