Hi bkosborn,
You will have to contact an attorney in order to get an owner financing contract drafted from him. This will help you as well as the buyer to get the terms and conditions of the owner finance in a written format. Any issues regarding the deal will be dealt as per mentioned in the contract.
Take care.

Hi Brenda,
It is better to contact an attorney and get the owner financing contract drafted by him. This will make the deal valid and will be helpful to you in case of discrepancies.
