how can a company that provides payday advanceloans, without warning or any contact information, take funds out of your checking account repeatedly, even when it gets to the point that they are withdrawing an amount of money that exceeds the actual loan. how can the banks let them get away with overdrawing your account for weeks at a time.
Hi Hannabe,
Welcome to the forums.
I really don't understand how these companies can take out funds even when it exceeds the actual loan amount. And, it's ridiculous how the banks are letting them get away with that. But have you spoken to the bank officials? What are they saying?
Let me know, then I can give you better suggestions in this regard.

Hi,
This is not only ridiculous but also disgusting that they are withdrawing fund without informing you about that. You should first talk to your bank to know how they allowed them to deducted money your checking account repeatedly without informing you.
You can even file a complaint against that payday loan company in the Attorney General's office.
Thanks,
Larry

Have you paid back all of the fees attached to the original loan amounts? Do you have penalty amounts due? These things could play a part in this. Regardless, you should certainly contact the company on a local and corporate level as well as your banking institution.
hannabe,
May I suggest that you go to the debt forum and present this question, there are a lot of everyday people there that will be able to help you with this issue, they are very, very smart about the payday loans and will let you know what to do to get this monkey off your back.
goodluck with your situation, hope all turns out well for you. :D

Never allow a loan or credit card company access to your accounts. If they say you have to to get the loan, don't take the loan.
