We live in a 1985 mobile home that has been added onto and is no longer mobile. No concrete foundation. Is on 3 acres of land. We had it refianced a couple of yrs. ago.at 6.9 interest rate. We want to refiance again to get lower rate. We are in our early 70s with a credit score of 780. Will a lender help us.
you can refinance your mobile home to a 5.56% fixed for life rate using a reverse mortgage assuming you have enough equity. we have recently helped several clients to do this. it would still be considered a mobile home per fha guidelines.
it can only have been moved from the dealer location to the 1st setup location. if it has been moved more than once it wont qualify.

who do i contact for this
With reverse mortgages in general it would be a good idea to work with someone who has plenty of reverse mortgage experience, especially with a mobile home.
