DO YOU REFI MANUFACTURED HOMES ON PRIVATE PROPERTY THAT DON'T HAVE PERMANENT FOUNDATIONS? WE OWN HOME AND 3 ACRES IT'S ON IN PHELAN, CA.
COULDN'T GET THROUGH TO MORTGAGE FIT. NUMBER THEY SHOW AT THEIR SITE ISN'T WORKING.

Most lenders require the Mobile home to be on a permanent foundation. Also, you're going to have to provide proof you've been making on time monthly payments. US BANK might be able to help. Someone on this site should be able to lead you in the right direction.

Bank of the West used to offer them - they're called Chattel loans and Bank of the West required a 700 FICO to qualify, and the interest rates were in the 8% range.
