Bank of america holds both the first and the heloc behind on both the auction qhe sale will be on august 13th

Hi maximusj,

Bank of America can foreclose your property and recover the first mortgage. As far as the HELOC is concerned, Bank of America can send it to collections. The collection agency will then contact you and recover the debts.
