I have been dealing with BOA for 2 years.I called and asked about the HAMP program in Nov 09,they sent a package which I looked over and did not like the terms, never sign or sent it back.In March 2010 they had put me in the program,I went to ask about this and was told I gave a verbal okay over the phone.I was current on my payments & taxes. Can they change my loan terms with out me signing for it ?

Unless you sign the required financial documents, the lender won't be able to change the terms and conditions of the loan. If your lender has done something of that sort, then you may take legal actions against your lender.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
