Is there such a thing as a COSI loan that follows the usual course
you have described here in your forum that explodes in year 5, demanding payment in full on the mortgage balance?

Thank you.
hi ashley,

the cosi loan is effective when you purchase any new property, refinance an existing loan or make any real estate investments. the cosi loan is an adjustable rate loan that uses the cost of savings index (cosi) as their base rate. the index has proven extremely stable over the last few years and thus has appealed many borrowers towards this type of loan.
from paying interest rates of as low as 1.5% to making flexible payment , the cosi loan offers a lot to homeowners.

but before you apply for a cosi indexed mortgage, your lender should be able to provide you information about how the rate is calculated and a way to track changes in the interset rate.
