the house we are renting was just served papers for foreclosure; we noticed in the packet that there is a "second home ryder" that the owner had to sign stating he could not rent the property....what should we do?
Hi kitty!
Welcome to forums!
You may have to leave the property as it is in foreclosure. You can contact the lender on your own and check out if he will allow you stay in the property for the time being. You can pay the rent to the lender for the time being.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
