Is there any banks that will refinance my home with a life estate deed

i have given my dad a life estate on my home but i would like to refinance it. is there any banks that would be willing to refinance with the life estate?
i think there are countless thousands on line now...i don't suppose any of them can be helpful, though.

oh wait...they're probably all more helpful than you would be "M."
