sounds like you didn't get full disclosure. one point at that rate is a good deal, but i wonder about the "fees" of $1675. is that intended to include appraisal, credit, lawyer, title, recording, flood, escrows and more? if so, then you must live in the garden of eden.

okay...no escrows...but those numbers look reasonable to me. add your lawyer/title company in, too.
