what is the beacon score that FHA loans look for now I have been told 520-575

I am looking for some answers and trying to possibly buy mobile home with a trade in but my score is between 520-575 since my husband passed away three years ago and I am trying to rebuild my credit
Getting a score of 620 will be good enough for an FHA loan as it is the min fico score they look for.
