I am trying to buy a home. I understand that a FHA loan is a good loan for me. I was in my previous job for three and a half years, making less than $17,000 a year. I recently stop working at that job (Feb. 20009) and is now privately employed. My estimated income for 2009 will be a minimum of $24,000. Will I be able to qualify for a FHA load? Can my husband who already own two houses co-sign for me? If not whatcan i do to qualify, because I am thinking about renting by August to accomodate my daughter. I know the money i will be paying for rent could be used for mortgage.
Thanks in advance for your advise

Hi Tanyer,
I think that the FHA ( Federal Housing Administration ) loan is better to buy a new home. As you say you are co signer of your husbands both house loan.
In my opinion its can't harm you to get new FHA loan. If your credit score is best & your husband still paying for the previews loan. If you meets to loan provider companies requirements they will qualify to you for FHA Loans.
Its mostly depends on your location.
Best wishes from me to you for passing your FHA loan & best of luck for new home.
Reply me, What you think about my post.
Regards,
Daniel.
