is it possible to have a co sign for a fha my husband has only 1 year of tax info. can his uncle be the co borrower? we qualify fio the income

It will be possible if your credit score is up to 620 & your annual income must have to mach with the required annual in come of loan provider company as well as they also check your financial situation to agree with loan there is no more question about qualify for FHA loan nothing is related with your husbands 1 years of tax info. but i will help you to get qualify for mortgage.
Your total income must meets to companies required conditions.

FHA does allow for non-occupying co-borrowers. I hope this helps...
