I have a credit score of 525 any chance of a mortgage? House is only 98k and i have 15k down payment.
Hi, With a score of 525 im sorry i dont think you will find a loan anywhere. Best bet would to be try to improve your credit score.

Whats the reason behind your credit score being so low? If the score is low due to some past debt and if you have a chance to repay them, I would suggest you to pay that first, which may help you to improve your credit score.
do not hurry. You will have plenty of opprtunity to buy easily in the near future. Housing prices are not going up and does nto look like they will any soon.
