We have a very unique situation we need help with. My father bought our house for us right before the crash, but got screwed on the interest rate when we showed up to the closing. Now we own our own business, our credit score is low, and we want to transfer the mortgage into our name to try and save some money. Is there some way to take advantage of all the new programs out there to help us buy the house we aleady live in and pay the mortgage on each month. But getting it into our names it would actually drop the payment significantly, but we can't just do a traditional purchase because of our credit score and undocumented income. If my dad puts us on the deed to the house - could we then jsut refi? but into our names? Please help.
refinancing is just as difficult as purchasing when you have low credit scores and undocumented income. that is to say you'll probably not find financing available.
There are so many people defaulting on their loan it is a shame. Most people dont realize that even though they are not in foreclosure, they can still modify their loan and reduce their interest rate. I visited a site at "www.ronbuysnow.com" and it gave me some great info. I think you should check it out!

to anyone who bothers to go to that website, i suggest this: BE VERY CAREFUL. anytime you give up a credit card in payment for ONLY 29.95!!!! you are smart to watch out for the small print.
you may be signing up for more than you think by doing this. please read carefully before you hit that "send" button on your computer.
color me skeptical.
