I WOULD LIKE TO LOWER MY MONTLY PAYMENT & MY RATE SINCE I DONT HAVE EQUITY IN MY HOME (DO TO THE VALUE OF MY HOME IS LOW BECAUSE OF THE MARKET)
What type of loan do you have? FHA or Conventional? Where are you located?
