I currently co own a property with another person in which we are not married. I no longer live on the property,I either want to have the enitre mortgage within my name or just the other person. We have both tired refiancing the loan in each of our names seperatly in which we were both declined. The house is worth less than mortgage, so if we sell it, it would be at a loss. I've been paying for over a year to a place I don't live, due to the fact the other cowner refuses to pay the whole mortgage even tho he lives there, so if I don't pay I force foreclosure. Please help!
