Mortage Transfer

I have taken mortage on my home .now I want to transfer my mortage to other person.For that what is procedure?
For mortage transfer, will mortage organisation fine on that?

Please let me know easiest way to transfer mortage to other name.?

haridas, you cannot borrow money and then hand over the debt to another party (unless that other party is a complete fool). anyone who would assume your debt without some sort of compensation would be making a very foolish move.

in order for you to sell this property and allow a buyer to take over your loan, you would be required to obtain the permission of the lender to allow that person to assume the loan. that entails credit checks, income and asset verification, etc.

what is it that you really want to do?
