afraid to lose home.. have low credit score and need to refinance asap

If you have a bad credit score you can't refinance mortgage, This is the Clear.
You have to improve your credit score to refinance loan.

We fell behind on two payment around christmas time, those have since been PIF and i know it takes awhile to get those up but now im going thru a divorce and it makes it almost impossible to make these payments on my salary and the house is in both of our names but the loan is just in mine, Im afraid Im going to lose my home!
