I am looking for a SIVA loan product for clients with 720 Fico. This is for the purchase of a sfr with a loan amount below 417k. Can anyone recommend a lender?
There are a number of lenders within the community who can offer a "stated" loan program in areas across the country. Please specify the area in which you are looking and I'm sure you will find what you need. I hope this helps...
I am located in Los Angeles, CA.
It will depend upon the type of property and the LTV. I work with a lender who will do the deal in LA County with 30% down. However, they do review the property location and make judgement decisions as to whether they want to proceed with the loan.
I am sure you are finding that there is essentially nobody else who will work with a stated income loan in California.
