i want to ask one general question that i want to ask from long time-
how long must you have your mortgage before you are able to refinance it with another company to get a lower interest rate?

Welcome to the forum

you shoudl be able to do it immeditly as long as there is not clause in your current loan, which stops you from doing that

but you will need some equity in the house
