Looking for a no doc loan

i am looking for a no doc loan. credit score over 700. self employed for over two years. we have been living in the house for one year. we need to refinance it to take another person off of the title. we live in the state of texas.

I do nto think there is any companies doing No DOC loan any more

The current mess is due to some of the No DOC loans

there are pockets throughout the country where no-doc loans are available.

i am not aware of any such programs in the state of texas, however. i am only aware that they exist in new york, connecticut, new jersey and california. if there are programs in other states, they've not let me know about them.
