What is a curb offer?
a "curb offer" is mostly used for rentals, like apartments. It's used when the landlord does not want to disturb the renters already in the property. It is also usually contingent on the new renter actually being able to get inside and view the property before signing a lease agreement.Hope that helps.

curb offer is most often use for investment properties (rentals). This type of offer is used when a landlord does not want to disturb renters or is having a hard time getting into the unit. Usually this type of offer has a contingency based on seeing the inside of the property before the sale can be final.

I want to add-
Best Way to bring Curb Appeal to your house in a crappy market?

We need to put our house on the market within the next month. It's almost brand new. We built it a year and a half ago.. There are no major issues, but we do have wall to wall carpet and the basics.. We have all matching new Maytag appl. and upgraded cabinets. We need to spice it up a bit to get our house noticed in a dead market..
