I was recently denied an fha loan with a sub 620 score after 3 months of bank reconditioning - after bank losing original paperwork - i resubmitted it all - I met ALL conditions and was denied because bank had an issue with broker company - said it was an issue we wouldn't understand or can't know about.but it def had to do with the broker company - has anyone ever heard of this? Do I have any legal recourse?
How do you know what the lender said if you are dealing with a broker?
And what do you mean by legal recourse?
With a sub 620 score you are probably not going to be approved anyway these days but obviously other factors matter as well.

man, that is one wonderful question, eric - how do you find out about there being an "issue" if you're only talking to the "issue-ee"???
as for legal recourse, i have to assume that csarlo means "can i sue somebody?"
