I was took mortage 2 years ago on my old office.I paid payment regularly.
before some day I sold that office. In this deal, mortage payment will pay buyer in next.
So my question is for this my mortage will be automatically transfeered to
buyer name by putting buyer name on office property. or still on my name?
who is resposible for mortage payment after buying office?
I dont want to pay so how i can remove my name on this mortage loan?
Please advoice me what i need to do by legaly?
Thanks..!!

amitforum,
this is very simple question as far as its nature is concerned.i will advice you to go for refinance of the mortgage on the name of new buyer but again you need to inform it to your lender.
p.s. i think you should take care of grammar while asking question .don't you think so..................

indeed, grammar is worthy of improvement for all concerned. if we cannot understand someone's post due to ungrammatical phrases, for example, then our answers will be pretty much useless.
it is clear that amitforum thinks that his buyer can simply take over the existing mortgage on his business. my opinion is just the opposite - that a buyer must go obtain his own mortgage.
of course, amitforum cannot "go for refinance of the mortgage" on behalf of the buyer, regardless of information given to the lender.
