My husband and I recently found a home that had been foreclosed on and was listed at only $49,900 and even with our low income we would have been able to afford the monthly payments. However, we are a young couple just starting out and have established no credit. We're currently living with my parents. We spoke to a financial advisor at the bank and she told us that if we had 4 documents to prove we'd been making payments on something for a full year it would count as credit. Unfortunately we don't even have that. We've paid cash for both of our used vehicles and our insurance and cell phone bills are in my dad's name because it was cheaper to do it that way. I generally make the payments to him, but with cash. When my parents were starting out they went through FMHA and didn't have to have any credit, however the county we're living in is no longer considered a rural area and FMHA no longer does loans here. Does anyone know of any way we can get a loan without having any credit? Thanks.

It is high impossible to do with out credit history. Not only applying for a home loan, but for a car loan or credit card this may not be possible.
Good luck and feel free to ask

There are a few lenders that will work with insufficient credit. However, you will need a large down payment. Maybe 40-50%
