does fha accept first time home buyer?
Hi, Yes they do. And for being a first time buyer you may qualify for the tax credit for the first time home buyers for up to 8000 in tax credit. But as far as the fha loan goes, Yes they sure do accept first time home buyers.

FHA will absoutley accpet a first tiemhome buyer and the good news is that you need to make 3.5% down payment only
To get the $8000 tax credit you need to buy before November 1st 2009
Good luck and feel free to ask

under FHA program, you need to make only 3.5% down payment. since FHA loans are guaranteed, interest rates are low & they are considered as cheaper

But with added MIP and PMI, they will come close to other loans
yes, FHA loans are for first time home buyers also. If you are first time home buyer you can also apply for $8,000 tax credit and this money can be used for down payment or for closing cost but the required 3.5% down, you have to arrange from your own funds...
jorgewelter, depending on where you reside, you may find that there is a first-time homebuyer program run by your state housing agency. you can check with an internet search, typically, to find that out. if you do have one, the rates are generally a tad bit better than standard fha rates, and many states also have down payment assistance programs to accommodate first-time buyers who don't have sufficient funds. by all means, check this out as you begin to search for a home and a mortgage.
