Can a daughter be added to a title without being on the mortgage in the state of MD
location doesn't matter; yes you can, but your lender would like to know about it. once you tell them, they may have stipulations. after all, you granted them a lien on your home, and they have an interest in everything that concerns that home.
yes you can add anyone through proper process.
