I am retired, 82 years old. I bought the house with my daughter. How can I quit claim? Is it possible ot quit claim when she does not have enough income to buy me out?

you cna absolutely do quite claim deed to yoru daughter, even though she does nto haev enough incoem to pay the mortgage. this does not releve you from the mortgage payment. you will be still responsible for makign poayments. if you want her to own the mortgage, she needs to refinance after you quit claim

check this link. this has all the information about quit claim deed.
