Quictclaim deed is the easiest way to add your name to the title of the property. You will get online quitclaim deed forms which you can fill up and get it notarized and recorded. However, you should remember that quitclaim deed forms vary according to state, so it is better if you draft the form from an attorney
Good luck and feel free to ask

hi,
welcome to the forum
you can go to your local recorders office and file a quit claim deed
to add your husband onto the deed. its a simple form that most
people can do on their own. there most likely be a recording fee
charged by your county to do this... varies by county. if you
currently have a mortgage out on the property, this will not add them
onto the loan.
