I am pre-approved with a FHA loan, but my realtor said that since I will not have a down payment, I will not be able to look at foreclosures or auctions. Can I look for HUD homes, or 203(k) approved homes? There are quite a few of them in Fort Wayne, IN and I want to get the most for my money. Thanks.
how is it that you have no down payment? maybe there's some law in indiana that excludes you from certain properties, but it seems odd to me that would be true.
Any FHA requires 3.5% down payment
