Would a 2nd mortgage foreclose on a home if there is no equality
equality is a major issue in this nation of ours. even though our constitution and the declaration of independence seem to convey equality to all, it is abundantly clear that not all of our citizens have achieved it. this is due to a variety of factors, most of which stem from prejudice.
if we can simply overcome our prejudices and look at one another as fellow human beings with similar desires, traits, good points and bad points, i think we can ultimately achieve true equality for all.
great question, harrywallace.

thanks george for the answer
hi harry,
i think there is really no benefit to them foreclosing the 2nd.
if you go delinquent on your second mortgage, the lender can foreclose on your house and property. the foreclosure process varies from state to state, but generally takes from 2 to 18 months. it all depends on the terms of your loan.

Harry,
As a process, lender is going for forclosure so that they can recover money. note that it is the last option for them. Foreclosure is a costly burden for both borrower & lender.
