Is a warranty deeds notary any different from a regular notary public?
a notary public is a notary public.

Hi Harry,

it's one of those questions that have become epidemic here: nonsense piled on ignorance and which generate non sequitir responses.

regardless of whether this particular question is sensible or not, my answer still stands - a notary is a notary, no matter the occasion.
