NOTARIZED AT THE OFFICES IN PERSON BY THE SELLER AND BUYER 3 WEEKS LATER THE DEED WAS MAILED BACK TO BUYER WITYH SEAL, RECORD NUMBER, SIGNED BY COUNTY DEPUTY ETC. THE PERSON DIED THAT SOLD THE HOUSE HOU8SE WAS SOLD 2.8 YRS
