After divorce my husband I signed a quick claim deed
to remove my name off the house. now we have remarried and I want my name back on the mortgage in case something happens to him, even though I
know we are now married and all will go to me anyway, even his Will states that I will me power of atty. over the estate, I feel that it is necessary to have a "reverse quick claim deed" if there is such a thing. Can I write a quick claim deed to have my name back on the house mortgage?

all you need is to do one more quit claim deed and add your name to the property
at this stage, your husband would have to quit claim - from himself to himself and you. it ought to be a simple matter for him.
Your name was never taken off the mortgage, so, you have always been on the mortgage.
The quit claim deed took you off title, not off the mortgage. As stated above, another quit claim deed will put you back on title.
