Hi jposer, 10% down is good as fha loans only require 3.5% and a minimum fico score of 620. They will also look at work history, bank statements, pay stubs.
Yes absolutely
You need 3.5% down and atleast 620 credit score
You are pretty good with 10% down and 685 credit score. But you need to show good incoemand also 2 years of employment history
Make sure your DTI is also with in the limit

FHA needs 3.5% downpayment of loan amount & you making 10%, Really That's good. You are also elible for credit score condition be'use you have 620 FICO Score & FHA Needs minimum 620 credit score. with this you have to show your recent bank statments as well as your credit history & annual income report.
Thanks & Regards.

you can easily qualify for FHA loan with 10% down and a score of 685, you only need to satisfy other required conditions, like bank statements, employment history, credit history...
