If you are refinancing a home, can you get the loan to include all closing costs? What if that amount is more than the appraisal of the home
Yes you can.
You can include all closing costs IF they will fit within the parameters of the loan program. If the closing costs cause the loan to exceed the homes value, there is a good chance it will not be allowed. I hope this helps...
