i did quit claim transfer to my husband when we were together. both of our names are on the title. the mortgage is on my name only. i moved out due to issues. he still lives in the house and does not want to make the payments. he claims the property is his too. i am paying rent where i live and making the mortgage payment to avoid foreclosure. i don't know what to do and where to start. please help. thank you,
