How much in a lump sum can I get on my $600,000 home that has no mortgage?
somewhere between $zero and $510000...that's the easy answer.

now what are you referring to? are you trying to obtain a cash-out refinance? are you trying to sell the home? are you trying to barter with the mortgagefit community?

my answer up there was predicated upon your doing a cash out refinance.
