I still don't understand how I can buy foreclosures or any kind of real estate without any money. Especially if I have bad credit or a bankruptcy.
go buy those books they advertise at 1, 2 and 3 am on tv. i'm sure all the secrets are in there. millionaires are being created every day, just from buying homes for $zero and selling them for hundreds of thousands of dollars.

There is no way in this market any one with bad credit, no down payment and insufficent income can buy a foreclosed house
