Applying for a FHA loan, I have a rental property, employed, why does a underwriter need my complete 2 years of tax returns ??? thanks
generally, you'd need to supply pages 1 and 2 of your most recent return, along with schedule e. as to why an underwriter would request 2 years and all pages, that's a bit of a mystery. perhaps there's something in your file that doesn't quite add up and the underwriter wishes to investigate deeper. has your lender given you any indication as to the reason for this request?

nope, I've already supplied the first two pages along with schE for the rental info... puzzled..... Is too much info bad ??

not necessarily. if your returns make sense for the two years they are requesting, then you'll probably find nothing else needed. if there's any substantial differences, you may be asked to explain them.
